Advanced Elements is progressing plans for three local manufacturing and service capabilities — a Kidde-Fenwal-authorised clean-agent cylinder fill station, fire extinguisher manufacturing, and fire hose cabinet production — each designed to strengthen AECO's supply chain and increase local content in the Kingdom.
1. Kidde-Fenwal-Authorised Clean-Agent Cylinder Fill and Refill Station
AECO is working towards establishing a Kidde-Fenwal-authorised facility for the initial fill and refill of clean-agent suppression cylinders. Once authorised and operational, this station will allow AECO to service clean-agent systems — including HFC-227ea and inert-gas cylinders — locally, reducing dependence on overseas refill and shortening system reinstatement times for clients across the Kingdom.
2. Fire Extinguisher Manufacturing
AECO is progressing plans to manufacture fire extinguishers locally. This planned capability is intended to support project supply requirements, replacement stock and maintenance programmes with locally produced, certified units — contributing to Vision 2030 local content objectives.
3. Fire Hose Cabinet Production
AECO is developing plans for local production of fire hose cabinets. Locally manufactured cabinets would allow AECO to meet project-specific dimensional, finish and specification requirements more efficiently, with shorter lead times than imported alternatives.
